Shipping & Processing Information
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing.Shipping usually takes 4-6 business days.Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.During promotional sales or federal holidays, processing may take 5-10 business days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
How To Track Your Pretty Brown Extensions Order
1. Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
2. Click the Tracking Link
Use the tracking link provided in the email to see real-time updates on your shipment.
3. Visit the Carrier's Website
If needed, you can also copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)
4. Need Help?
If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking isn't updating, you can contact us through our website for assistance.
Tip for Customers: Orders can take 2-5 business days to process before tracking information becomes active, so don't worry if your tracking doesn't chow updates immediately.
Disputes & Refunds
At Pretty Brown Extensions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order disputes.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product type, length, and quantity.
If your order is damaged during shipping or there's a mistake on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All other order changes, cancellations, or returns are not available. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, or carrier-related issues.
